Our funds are the fund programs of our eight platform companies. They are being brought together into one list for each company. None has been sized, formed or offered.
Registration
Dark Ice Capital LLC plans to operate under an SEC investment adviser registration. No Dark Ice Capital fund will be offered until that registration is effective.
Track record
Dark Ice Capital is a new firm with no investment history as a firm. We show no performance, fund sizes or assets under management.
Who may invest
Once formed, each fund will be offered only to eligible investors through its own offering documents.

The same numbers, every month.
We plan to report to investors the way we run our companies: the same metrics, the same cadence and the same candor. Expectations are written down before capital is committed.
Reporting, valuation and conflicts follow our written policies, under one compliance program.
